Do I have to link my bank?

No. You can track manually as long as you like. If you upgrade, you can securely sync accounts via Plaid for faster tracking.

Is StewardWise safe?

Bank connections are handled by Plaid; we never see your credentials. You can also use the app 100% manually.

Does StewardWise support tithing and offerings?

Yes—set giving categories and goals, and track them right alongside other spending.

Can couples or families use it?

Yes. Create shared categories and goals, and use Fellowship Circles for encouragement and tips from others in similar seasons.

What makes StewardWise different from other budgeting apps?

StewardWise integrates biblical stewardship, encouragement,reflection, and community—not just spreadsheets and charts—so your heart and habitsgrow together.

What budgeting methods are supported?

Why do we use the name Yeshua?

In some of our devotionals and prompts, you’ll see the name Yeshua, which is the original Hebrew name for Jesus. It’s the name He would have been called by His mother, His disciples, and those who heard Him teach.

The word Yeshua means “salvation”, the very mission He came to fulfill. We use it in reverence and truth, to honor His identity as the Messiah and Savior of the world.

Whether you call Him Jesus or Yeshua, our goal is the same: to follow His wisdom, trust His provision, and become faithful stewards of what we’ve been given.

We offer both free and premium plans. The Premium plan includes bank syncing, advanced analytics, savings/debt goals, and more.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new user gets a 14-day free trial of StewardWise Premium.

Do I need to enter my credit card to start the free trial?

Yes, a valid credit card is required to activate the trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before the 14 days are up.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with StewardWise for any reason, reach out within 14 days of your first payment, and we’ll refund you—no questions asked.

We do not offer refunds for:
● Renewals of monthly or annual plans
● Charges after the 14-day refund period
● Free trial users who forgot to cancel before billing

We’re here to serve, so if you’re having an issue, contact us — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption and never sell your data. Your financial and personal information is protected with best-in-class security practices.

Do you access my bank account or store login info?

No. Bank syncing is managed securely through a trusted third-party aggregator. We never store your credentials on our servers.

Do you offer support?

Yes! You can reach our team anytime at support@stewardwise.co. We’re a small but dedicated team. We care deeply and aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.

Can I use StewardWise outside the U.S.?

At this time, StewardWise is optimized for U.S.-based banking and budgeting. International expansion may come in the future!

Is StewardWise affiliated with a specific church or denomination?

No. We are a Christ-centered, nondenominational tool focused on biblical truth and financial wisdom for the global Body of Christ.
